Who is responsible

The data controller is BOU MADE, SASU with a share capital of €500, 27 avenue Jean Médecin, 06000 Nice, France, registered in Nice under no. 131 400 608. Contact: contact@bou-made.fr.

What we collect

When you fill in the form: your name, e-mail, phone, company, project description, your answers and the files you attach. If you become a client: the information needed for the quote, invoicing and payment.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps taken at your request). To perform the contract and invoice (performance of the contract, accounting obligations). No resale, no advertising, no profiling.

Who can access it

Only BOU MADE and its technical providers, each for its own task: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (storage of requests and files, servers in Paris), Resend (e-mail delivery), Stripe (subscription payments). Some of these providers are based in the United States: transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

How long

Requests that lead nowhere: up to 3 years after our last exchange. Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then as long as legally required (10 years for accounting records). Links to your files sent by e-mail expire after 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contact@bou-made.fr. We reply within one month. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no audience-tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
